A. Dear ma’am, you can focus on core muscles and abdomen toning workouts. Try to step up your vegetable intake and also make sure to drink 3 litres of water. Get adequate sleep. Maintain proper posture while sitting. Get 1 hour of brisk walking daily or 10k steps.
