#askexperts After pregnancy i worried about my hair.. because hair fall is uncontrol..what can i do?

Aparna SsharmaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hairfall is common after delivery. personally I had used Trichup hair oil and mamaearth argan hair mask. both helped me a lot in controlling the hairfall and promotes new hair growth. also makes my hair more strong and beautiful and silky.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi parent Don't use anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food, maida , sugar . Don't use RO water. Take sunbath daily. Walk more take calcium rich food plus probiotics and citrus fruits. more . Use avla aritha shilakai to wash your hair
