#Askexpert my 3months & 10days baby poops a lot ..from today morning she poops nearly 7 times ..sometimes just like a fewbdrops of water .. please Answer me .. 2days back her 3mnths vaccination is done ..

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemcent for dehydration is required if loose motions are assjuociated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Breastfed babies often pass more than 6 stools per day. Until 2 months of age, they may pass a stool after each feeding. But, if stools suddenly increase in number and looseness, suspect diarrhea. If it lasts for 3 or more stools, the baby has diarrhea.
