there is no one food which has all the nutrients so try to include all the foods groups in your child's diet like whole grains and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, eggs etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
give small and frequent meals , avoid large meals
avoid force feeding.

Eggs are considered overall healthy for babies..(8 months+) proteins and fats both there...Bananas. ...
Dairy products. ...paneer is good for them..
Chicken and other lean meats. ...
Dry fruits. ...make powder and put in all foods...
