#askdoctors my 5 1/2 month old wants to always stand but I’m afraid he might get now legs is it okay for him to try and stand on his own.

A. the child is comfortable in that position then there is no need to worry but you should not make the child stand on the legs with stress on the legs because that will cause injury but you can let the child play on its own
