my baby was 5 month old, she wasn't stand on legs but legs are strong for kicking

Q. Hi, My baby kicks/throw her legs heavily while about to sleep..so we cover her legs only, with swaddle..when her legs are covered and blanket is been put on her legs she sleeps peacefully for long hours..but she doesn't get enough sleep if her legs are not swaddled and she keeps on kicking and playing with her legs even if she feels sleepy.. We would like not to swaddle her legs and want her to sleep without it.. please advice any solutions so that she sleeps without swaddle And also is this kicking/throwing legs in air is normal?
