Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! As baby is 6 months old feed semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk (breastmilk or formula milk). If you are lactating then breastfeed untill 2 years which helps in increasing Brain development elements (ARA,DHA). Dry fruits powder(almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds) ,bhendi, Leafy vegetables, fish in diet . Spend time with your baby, talk and listen to baby who keeps on exploring.
