#askdoctors can i give 2 eggs to my dauther in a day..is it bad for her??she is two and half yr old

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. one is enough. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening absolutely it can be given to the child however during the summer season I would recommend it will be advisable to give only one to the child's throughout the day instead of giving to eggs
