one egg is fine. however everyday it would be better if you introduce new food groups too then just sticking to only one . as combination of all food groups helps us achieve the required nutrition needed by the body.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Feeding 2 eggs to a 1 year old baby will be too much. You can start with 1 egg at a time and another with lunch or dinner. Especially, boiled eggs have good amount of carbohydrates and proteins and takes time to digest. Feeding too much may cause indigestion and loss of appetite.
