Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem if the baby is not burping It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine

Its Completely okay just try to keep your child on the shoulder for at least 15 to 20 minutes minimum and if your child is not vomit after that and that’s good even in those 15 to 20 minutes the Milk is going to get digested to quite an extent so don’t worry about it
