A. Hai good morning !! Cereals are good to include in diet mostly in break fast and light dinner. Cereals based porridge/kichdi/dosa/idly - Ragi porridge/idly,dosa, Jowar roti, Dalia kichdi with vegetables, Dalia porridge with milk dry fruits and nuts powder, idly,pan cake, Boiled egg, sandwich with vegetables, omlet, scrambled egg with vegetables. Dinner roti with dal/Sabji/stuffed roti (Leafy vegetables ,egg/paneer/meat). Dinner with pulav/kichdi ,roti, salad(fruit, vegetables .
