A. Hi, home-made food are best for babies. You can make a timetable so that you can cover different type of fruits vegetables pulses and green veggies each day. Give five semisolid feed in a day. For example breakfast-porridge, morning snacks any vegetable purée , lunch-Khichdi, Dal rice. Evening snacks-any fruit juice or any fruit purée 7 PM-Upma, Idli. With this you can give fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, Dal water. Avoid salt and sugar until Baby completes one year.
