# ask the experts My 10 months baby is not taking liking liquids (milk and water). He is taking 5 oz of liquids max in a day. He is showing interest only on solids. Is it normal? any tips to increase liquid intake?

A. that's fine, Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible.
