#Ask the Experts hello my daughter is 4 yr 4month .her weight is only 12 kg and height is 94 cm .what should I do to for increase her height and weight.plz help.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, to increase the weight and height of your 4 years 4 months old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.
grains and millets 4 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of processed and packaged foods.
