ideally there should be minimum gap of three years between two pregnancies.
so as your first child is of 27 months old ,you can plan for second child.
but it also depends on mother's physical and mental condition,your family financial and social condition etc.
so keep these factors in mind so it will be easy for you to decide.
and if you and your family are prepared.for these then kindly visit your gynecologist for once.
as he or she can give proper guidance after examining your health.
