#Ask the expert she has cold and cough again and again..what can be done to avoid it .

It is not possible to comment upon this issue as this might require a detailed examination and evaluation and also some tests to arrive at a diagnosis and so can consult a nearby doctor for the same and so .

it happens because low immunity.
so , first focus on increasing immunity of your child .
for that ,give healthy diet like green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
prefer homemade healthy food.
avoid giving junk food items.
keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
