You can also give warm soups like Daal soup, vegetables soups, or boiled veggies, ragi porridge, khichdi, suji porridge.Add a pinch of turmaric in her food.

avoid giving cold and sugary food items
give soup,warm dal, bajra rab,lasan bajra thepla etc
keep your child well hydrated
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child
