#ask an expert helo mam.. I have pain in both breast...i have lumps in breast...it s paining a bit....i stopped feeding an year ago...is it harmful or normal

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you need a good check up ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

It may be fat tumour or other hormonal change
Consult with your doctor in personal
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do breast sagging exercise
