As my 3 and half months old baby boy is not getting enough milk and it's almost zero though I take milk production food and lactate powder. I feed him only ones in a day. Is there any option that I could increase breast milk so that he could have enough?

A. Have a good amount of liquid along with the supplements that you are having protein rich diet should be really good and high and fibres I think that’s going to be helpful yet if it is not helping you up then you’ll have to shift formula only
