Q.
My baby boy is 4 and half months old now.. he is not getting enough breast milk.. how could I increase my milk supply.. or should I introduce him food?? please suggest

no
please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk/formula and needed medicines till 6 months age.
mam ,to increase your breastmilk supply , you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day
