As a breastfeeding mother can I have phulka everyday along with dal and curry

A. yes definitely, it's safe. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. nuts n dryfruits

A. good afternoon yes absolutely can be consume every date as important for you to have wheat I would recommend however that you should avoid having rice it causes gastric trouble to the mother and child
