yesterday my 3andhalf months old baby got vaccinated and she is having temperature after vaccination..I ate mutton curry today as I am breastfeeding her...will it cause anything to my baby

what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby
composition of breast milk remains the same irrespective of what mother eats
