armpit reading 99.5 ... is it normal?

A. It Is a little fever bracket it has crossed 99° fahrenheit so I am going to say that is just a little bit of fever to the child so you can give paracetamol to your child right now and if the fever does not reduces in six hours then you can repeat the same medicine that should not be an issue
