During pregnancy there are no chewable calcium medications that can give the entire required calcium that’s necessary per day .
So kindly take the regular calcium medications as prescribed by your doctor

please don't try self medication
it can be dangerous
please visit your gynecologist and take it as per his /her prescription only
take calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
