It seems the child is only 3 months only .. a new born should be exclusively breast fed till 6 months of age ... till then the child should not be given water also ...
if the breast milk production is low because of some reason then formula milk can be given but not animal milk

Hi Your child seems to be only three months old as per your captions if your child is not having much of it as of now that will probably be having its teeth are having their teeth loss of appetite is very normal then and if that’s not the issue then it could be just a phase it is just that when kids get their vision sometimes you’re mostly distracted so try to feed your child an isolation
