A. hi mom for weight loss better to consult a qaulified dietitian have good proteins in diet limit or avoid packaged foods, fried, chesse, butter , sugary food items walk for half an hour daily

A. hot water in empty stomach...and normal water whole day ... avoid chilled water. don't eat full plate ...eat every two hours healthy and low fat. fasting from 8pm to 8am.
