Instead Of cream I would like to suggest you a home remedy if that suits you then you can apply coconut oil or Boroline onto that area where ever the rashes that try to go home moreover for these creams and anti septic cream like Boroline Boro plus to apply in the diaper rash area make sure that you do not use diapers for a longer time and give a diaper free time to your child at least for one hour in between change of two diapers
