and which soap should I use for her so that her tan would go away

A. You can use DOVE it’s a very good soap and it helps in polishing the skin but there is no such soap to reduce down tanning so you can look for some home remedies where you can give a bath to the child with a mix of raw milk and white bread the slutty usually helps like a scrub on the body to reduce it down over the period
