There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infesnitation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be jgiven sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
