mam, breastfeeding works on demand and supply.
so you should offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
As a nursing mother ,you should take healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses etc
keep your body well hydrated
you can take galact powder or shatavary granular with warm milk for this
