A. well you can always do a usg. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. good morning it is possible that you are having spasm of contractions nothing to worry about I would request you to please try to visit your gynecologist for clinical examination once to be sure that there is no issue
