am in 31 weeks but suddenly from one week I have frequent vomiting and am not able to eat food what's the reason and what to do

It could mostly be due to in digestion so it is better to check with your gynaecologist in your pregnant you shouldn’t be taking a chance with anything so check with your doctor understand the reason and accordingly they can help you with medication to go for I just have a good amount of liquid
