am a mother of twin kids boy and a girl of 3and half years..they are always suffering from cold and cough.. what to do..

A. yes you c xyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
