am a lactating mother of 3 months old baby girl.,I have wrist problem from few days(swell). doctor recommended to use paracetamol thiocochicosie tablet..is it safe please suggest

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if you have wrist pain then you should take only paracetamol 650 mg tablet and consult with orthopaedic surgeon and have a hot compression

It's safe , but please don't use it without prescription
Take sunbath daily
Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
