Q.

am 31 weeks pregnant doctor suggested me betnesol injection, but I had a doubt that when I take that injection delivery may happen very shortly, is it correct or not please clarify my doubt.

A. it is not so the injection is being suggested to develop lung maturity of the baby If in case you have chances of premature delivery so don't worry and take the injection - it will not cause early delivery

A. I don’t think so it’s going to be associated with you having a delivery but if you have a doubt any in your mind you should check with your gynaecologist whatever questions you have you should clear it up with your doctor before you get the injection done
