Am 29 weeks pregnant .during my ultrasound baby is in cephalic position is it normal?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Most of the times baby does not changes its position. It is advisable to do regular walk for atleast 30 minutes daily. also do all the regular chores that you do on a routine basis. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
