am 17; week pregnant what food can be eat mam

A. Hello mam, have regular foods made at home . Avoid too much of oily and fried and sugary foods as that can cause tummy issues also try to avoid ready to eat mixes and refined and processed foods . Also pineapple and papaya can be avoided throughout the pregnancy. Have seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables, dals , legumes like sprouts , rajma , channa etc , millets , wheat , rice have enough fluids to Keep yourself hydrated . Also milk , panner , ghee , dry fruits
