Q.

also my 8 months old son poops almost 5-6 times a day .. specially after every feed.. he is on puree 3 times and breastfeed... why so??

A. It’s basically due to indigestion which can be commonly seen with kids when you start giving their food initially the system is not ready to accept anything which is why this is happening not getting better over the period you should consult a doctor for further treatment and medication to follow
