Wikoryl and maxtra af drops you can offer to the child you can give it three times in the day 10 drops each and you can give it with a gap of eight hours each apart from that also just going to recommend you that you can go ahead with giving steam to the child and next time when you ask a question please post it in Hindi or English as that helps us to understand better as I am unable to understand your language
