air my 2.5 year old son now just started saying almost ten words is it normal whether i need to consult a speech therapist

A. hello some kids can heave delay in speaking and if the child is able to tell some words atleast usually it may not be a problem and you will have to try to encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak which can be helpful for the child to improve in its speech
