Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. For very mild rash you can apply coconut oil.
If the rash is increasing you can go for any rash cream available like rashfree / ezinapi / B4napii / zincal
If there i I s erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream.
If it is still not improving then kindly meet your doctor

Hi Septic cream into that area and also stop using diapers you know as of now otherwise the rashes are going to become worse over the period so you should apply Boroline anti septic cream every 2 to 3 hours and donβt use diapers prefer cotton nappies right now
