A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include lot of sprouts, skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses, curd , fish in your meals. add. enough vegetables fruits also 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods bakery products junk foods 3. Exercise daily
