SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl6 months agoA. As long as the fever is there, the baby can take paracetamol with doctors advice. Few babies wont get fever even after taking the vaccination, very few will get fever. Always consult the doctor, before vaccination if the baby affected with cold and cough.
