after the birth of my second baby i have gained more weight.what to do to loose

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, yoga, swimming.
