after pregnancy my weight is increased and I also feel very tired even I get more irritated very fast

A. Weight will go away when your child starts crawling and you have to run after your child and at that time you can start exercising or think about weight reduction. Stop getting bothered with body shamming feedback’s from others. You have given birth to a beautiful child and it’s not easy so ignore all such comments if anyone talking about your weight increase. If clothes not fitting you well that makes you feel weight increase then go for loose clothes and don’t worry as you are a nursing mother and it’s okay to feel hungry frequently. Make sure to drink lot of water/liquid as this will replenish milk quickly and reduce your curb of food.

A. This is happens because a mother has to do all for child and home and no time left of herself. This also happens because mother doesn’t get full night sleep at a stretch. Try to find out a ways to give urself some time to take rest and eat healthy food. Don’t try to be a super mom and it’s absolutely fine to ask for support. If you don’t have any human support system then create an environment that require minimal efforts like use diapers, keep dustbin near to your bed for quick diaper change, make child take bath 1-2 times a week, nowadays we all are in AC so it’s fine if you want to skip a day to take bath. Keep nutritious food like roasted makhane or laddoos near your bed to eat when you feel tired. If you are really tired then express milk and ask someone else to give it to baby or use formula milk at times so that you can take rest. Get steriliser instead of boiling bottles in pan to reduce your work, use machine instead of handwash to wash baby cloth, drink lot of water and hence keep 2 bottles near your bed, get entertained by listening to music, sleep when child sleeping because work can be done later. It’s absolutely okay to take shortcut’s if it’s not harming you or your baby

This is usually happen due to nutritional deficiency in the body is actually necessary to have iron multivitamin and calcium for at least six months also sometimes when you do not get proper sleep your life turns around 360° after having a baby so it’s very annoying sometimes a woman can get irritated and that’s mostly common and also sometimes you can face this issue to hormonal changes well start with all the necessary supplements require
