after pregnancy my periods irregular ho Rahi he. jyada din tak bleeding ho Rahi or spotting bhi ho Rahi he so mene Dr ko dikhaya to woh Estroplus suggest Kiya or me kha bhi Rahi hun. bt after 10 day one tablet miss ho gayi or me firse continue kar Rahi hun bt uske baad se red spotting ho Rahi or woh band Nehi ho Rahi he. me kya Karu suggest plz.
