include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
avoid processed and junk foods, excess salt, sugar, fats, oily and fried foods, carbonated beverages, etc.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
you can also go on walk, do yoga or exercises.

Hello ma’am You can just start going for a proper workout maybe starting with a brisk walk jogging running or any other sports that you can think of other than that you can go for yoga Zumba Pilates whatever workout suits you you can start doing these workouts at least for 30 to 45 minutes per day on the minimum side and read it up to 60 minutes. Other than that I would advise you to take a proper diet from a dietician to lose on your weight proportionately
