after normal delivery... kuch dino baad mujhe latrin karte hue bahot dard hua phir kuch der baad phir se dard barh gaya ke baithne se lee kar toh leetne tak bhi latrin wale hisse mei full pain aur jahan stitched lage wahan bhi kafi pain shiru hota hai.... yeh prblm mujhe kabhi hoti h aur kabhi nahi bhi...pls koi solution batayye....

stay iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
drink lukewarm water every hour .
