After my postpartum I m facing lot of hair fall , whole strands of hairs r falling , it started when my baby completed 3 months, it was sudden hair fall , pls suggest me some suggestions

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
