well what u are telling is a compleye perineal tear ok abd ut needs a surgery. so go andvgrt it operated or elde w yiu eill suffer like this only ok

Hello ma’am How come you never know in such a long time that these two things are connected but never mind you can only concerned your doctor and they can advise some medicine but most certainly I think you’ll have to go for a surgery or something that is the only option that you have
